Cancellation Policy

We cannot wait to see you and give you a five-star experience! We also understand that sometimes schedules change; we request at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment and appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. Appointments canceled with short notice (less than 12 hours) or failure to show will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount. Please call the salon directly during business hours at 919-588-3343 when making changes. Online booking will not allow for online cancellations within the 24-hour period.
